USFans in 2026: US Lines, Free HD QC Photos & the Fine Print
Updated June 2026
USFans is a newer agent (it emerged around 2025) aimed squarely at American buyers: US-friendly checkout, US-focused shipping lines, and solid early reviews (~4.5/5 on Trustpilot as of June 2026 — with the caveat that the track record is short). Every USFans find on SPREE links to its USFans product page.
The good stuff (as of June 2026)
- QC photos: 3–7 free HD shots per item(official policy), plus a "Photo Requirement" feature where one custom request = one photo. Extra detailed photos currently cost 2 RMB (~$0.30) each.
- No purchasing fee on mainstream platforms (Taobao, Weidian, 1688, JD) — like most modern agents, the margin lives in shipping.
- US lines: the live calculator showed 13 options in June 2026, from roughly $38/kg economy (7–15 business days) up to FedEx-based lines (~$58–74/kg, 7–10 days). Volumetric weight uses the ÷6000 divisor.
- Deposit-refund pricing: you pay a shipping deposit; after final weighing the difference refunds to your account balance.
- Storage: 90 days free for agent purchases (60 for forwarded parcels); fees after that, and goods are destroyed past ~120 days.
The fine print that bites
- Chargebacks lock your account. Opening a card or PayPal dispute automatically freezes your USFans account and balance until resolved. Always go through support first.
- Bonus balance is not withdrawable— promotional wallet credit can't be cashed out and isn't returned on refunds.
- Returns close fast:within 5 days of the item reaching "In Storage", one free return/exchange per month, and you repay the seller's original shipping.
- Their customs help page is stale: it still cites the old $800 US de-minimis, which no longer exists — read our 2026 customs guide and budget for duties.
QC is appearance-only everywhere, including here — electronics aren't powered on and minor flaws aren't guaranteed. Learn what to actually check in the QC photo guide.
